Posjedujemo i treći certifikat - ISO 37001

At the end of September 2022, Boost was among the first in the real sector to successfully certify its operations in accordance with ISO 37001 – Bribery Management System, better known as ABMS (Anti-Bribery Management System).

ISO ABMS certification comes as the third after ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 were successfully re-certified during 2022.

The new standard was introduced by Boost to improve business and to offer the service of introducing this (as well as other standards in the Boost portfolio) to the domestic and foreign markets. Applying the provisions of this standard ensures that you have control over business processes that, if not controlled, can bring great damage – either in reputational or financial terms.

You make it clear to your clients and suppliers, as well as employees, that your institution pays great attention to a business and legal right relationship and that it has clear and unambiguous internal controls and tools that prevent bribery, corruption, bribery, conflict of interest or any other act that is not acceptable either under the rules of business or under the legal framework.

With the ABMS standard, institutions ensure the application of another of the socially responsible measures in their business, at least those that they hold to their reputation.

To protect against the consequences caused by bribery and corruption that may occur in any business segment and at any level, Management must define procedures and implement controls. Management must establish across the breadth and depth of the organizational structure appropriate controls and activities to ensure that they have affected all levels and segments of the business.

In practice, this means that management or management do not have to participate directly in bribery or corrupt injunctive actions, but if there are no measures, control and supervision that will recognize and prevent it in time, the consequences of these actions will be borne by Management since they are at the top of the pyramid of responsibility.
