The Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia
During the year 2018, the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia has engaged Boost to implement the necessary actions in the context of GDPR Regulation compliance. Collaboration has been extended to operational assistance in developing processes, procedures and documentation related to legislative framework compliance as well as through work on ad hoc projects.
Croatian Volleyball Federation
In addition to a GAP analysis of level of compliance with the GDPR, Boost assisted in the implementation of all provisions of the Regulation, but also remained engaged as a PbD (Privacy by Design) consultant in the development of tools for registering athletes and employees in sports.
Iskon Internet company has engaged Boost in developing and preparing business process implementation that will provide a faster and more effective list of priorities of internal projects. The documentation that included processes, procedures and related documentation covered all the segments of new services and products better development.
Development Co-financing through EU funds
Hladni val Company has engaged Boost to develop and manage the project of development using EU funds co-financing in ICT, E-Impulse and business process management system (ISO) tenders in order to ensure better production, strengthening its international competitiveness thus to ensure revenue growth and human resources development.
Green & More
Green & More company has engaged Boost to develope and manage the projects using EU funds co-financing in tenders „ From Product Certification to Market“, introduction of business process management (ISO)“, and „WWW Vouchers for SMEs“ which have provided access to the global market and made company practically the only one in Europe with such a range of certificates and quality labels of their innovative products.
ISO Standard Implementation Services
Stanić Beverages company has engaged Boost for assistance in realizing further development of the company by introducing ISO norms ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, in accordance to long-term business plans. Stanić Beverages company has been successfully certified and cooperation has been extended to the client's company in Bosnia and Herzegovina where are both standards successfully implemented and certified.
Midas Network is a company that conducts advertising campaigns for clients, which show targeted content on more than 200 Croatian portals, but also have the ability to appear on more than 350 portals in the Adriatic region. Boost successfully implemented ISMS, i.e. the Information Security Management System to Midas Network.
ICT Consulting and Services
Faculty of Kinesiology
The Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Zagreb has been approved to co-financing of a project entitled: "WE CARE", establishment of national centres that provide professional support to young talented athletes in balancing education and sports at the highest level. 9 countries are participating in the project, and Boost is an advisor for the development and implementation of a software tool for monitoring athletes according to the specified parameters.
